How Legal-TRAC Began
After nearly two decades of service and loyalty to one attorney, he relocated his office to an area where the commute was no longer possible.
Legal-TRAC was then born, with the aim to provide the same dedication to you on an independent level and to build a good working "partnership" with individual attorneys. Like
any other partnership, we would work together as a team toward a common goal; and the longer we work together, the better we learn your preferences
to expedite future jobs. We are a business, just like you, and we strive to please our customers.

In addition to the dedication offered, our goal is to provide a cost-effective way for you to cut overhead costs. You can now have experienced assistance on an as-needed basis without the monetary commitment of a full-time employee. The reality is that there are occasions when experience is required to complete certain functions, however, experience is not always a full-time necessity.
After working with the solo when he started out and also having started our own business, we can appreciate being mindful of overhead costs. If you review the Benefits page, you will see how outsourcing can save you time and potentially thousands of dollars in tax liability, benefits, vacation and sick time. Very simply ... if we do not work, we do not get paid!

We believe in open communication in every facet. We are also very focused and detailed, giving 110% to every endeavor, and openly welcome new ideas and constructive criticism.
Outside of the legal arena, we also act as the Secretary-Treasurer for a non-profit organization and enjoy quality time in the great outdoors with our "critters"!

How We Can Help You ...
Smaller firms certainly deserve the same experienced assistance as their larger counterparts, but it is not always possible to commit to the full-time costs. Notwithstanding, how much time is spent to find "good" help, a task that is very difficult at best? Time is money, and the hope is to find that "perfect" worker with as little effort as possible. The reality is, however, that you may have a sizable turnover
before you find an ideal worker. Outsourcing gives you the opportunity to fill in those gaps between employees with no ongoing obligation.
Even if you are fortunate enough to have found yourself a good full-time assistant, all businesses undergo fluctuations in their work load. Oft times that could include a bit too much work to justify
hiring another full-time employee or perhaps issues arise that are outside of your employee's realm of experience. If the work becomes backlogged, it could result in some very unhappy clients.
This is where we come in ... to help with the slight excess work or if your full-time employee is out on vacation, sick or otherwise unavailable. We can also be at your disposal if you are just starting out and have no full-time employee or other assistance, or we can work
with you on any files that may be beyond your employee's expertise.
